New Summit is currently filling positions for both Eugene/Springfield, Oregon and Bend, Oregon locations. If you are a Behavior Therapist who has at least 1-year experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA), you are encouraged to fill out the Behavior Therapist application linked below. Those with active Oregon state licensure to work as a behavior therapist are strongly encouraged to apply. Our Behavior Therapists experience an inviting and team-focused atmosphere where therapist's views and insights are valued. Therapists also experience increased supervision from their supervisors, 4-day work weeks (with Fridays used as possible make-up sessions), along with accrual of paid sick time, and mileage reimbursement. Those working full-time also qualify for medical, dental, & vision benefits.
