Mikayla is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) who grew up in central Maine and started with New Summit in 2024.
 

Mikayla earned her Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from The University of Maine at Farmington and her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University.

Mikayla has worked in the field of ABA since 2022. She is passionate about increasing children’s independence, enhancing meaningful communication skills, and improving quality of life for client's and families.
 

Outside of work, Mikayla enjoys reading, playing soccer, camping, dancing, and baking.
